On 27th August 2025, Jaypee University Anoopshahr celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great enthusiasm and devotion. The campus came alive as students joyfully welcomed Lord Ganesha. Energetic performances and group dances by both boys and girls created an atmosphere filled with positivity and unity.
The idol of Lord Ganesha was placed at the Har Har Mahadev Temple. In the evening, the temple resonated with soulful bhajans. Students and faculty members actively participated in the devotional activities. The Sandhya Aarti, led by our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, marked the conclusion of the day’s spiritual proceedings.
On 28th August, the Visarjan ceremony was held. The day brought a blend of emotions—joy and devotion combined with the sadness of bidding farewell. Priests conducted a Hawan with wholehearted participation from faculty and students. After the final Aarti, the idol was taken for immersion. Students bid farewell to Lord Ganesha with prayers for his swift return the following year.
The celebration reflected the university’s spirit of togetherness, cultural harmony, and devotion, strengthening the bond between students and faculty.
