Jaypee University Anoopshahr organized a “Prototype Presentation” event on 6^th May 2025 as a part of the course Design Thinking. Students of BBA and B.Com 1st year were required to develop and present project ideas based on the domains of Agriculture and Sports as part of their course activity.

A total of 16 project ideas were presented by different student groups. The students followed a systematic design thinking approach throughout the course. They formed teams, identified users, prepared questionnaires, empathized with real-life problems, and proposed innovative solutions through prototypes and presentations.

The projects were evaluated by an esteemed jury panel comprising Ms. Paroma Ray, Dr. Rakhi Pandey, Mr. Ram Kumar, and Mr. Pankaj Gupta, representing expertise from Social Science, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, and Computer Science respectively. The jury members appreciated the creativity, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork demonstrated by the students.

Among all the participating teams, two groups secured the highest scores in the evaluation. Group 5, titled “Green Growers,” included students Aashish Chauhan, Tanishka Sharma, Uday Sharma, Anju Chaudhary, and Bharat. Group 7, titled “Bhu Vigil,” included Bhavana Sharma, Prince, and Tarun Mittal.

The event was also visited and appreciated by Mr. Sanjay Agarwal, Registrar, and Dr. Nishant Srivastava, Associate Dean, who encouraged students to continue working on innovative and socially impactful ideas.

The course was successfully coordinated by Dr. Deepika Mishra. The Prototype Presentation provided students with practical exposure to innovation, teamwork, and user-centric problem solving.
