Jaypee University Anoopshahr celebrated National Sports Day 2025 on 29th and 30th August with great enthusiasm and spirit. The two-day program highlighted the values of fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship while bringing together students, faculty, and staff.

The celebrations began with an invited talk on National Sports Day by Mr. Shailendra Sisodia, followed by the Fit India Pledge and an inspiring address by the Registrar at the University ground. The session emphasized the importance of sports and fitness in daily life, motivating students to adopt a healthy and active lifestyle.

The first day featured a thrilling 100-meter race, where students showcased their speed and agility with wholehearted participation. Exciting badminton matches were also conducted for students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff, fostering camaraderie and healthy competition within the university community.

On the second day, 30th August, the celebrations continued with a spirited volleyball match involving students, faculty, and staff. The matches were closely contested, filled with energy and sportsmanship. A kho-kho competition was also organized, testing the agility, endurance, and teamwork of the participants. The campus echoed with cheers and encouragement as students displayed their dedication and enthusiasm.

The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by the Sports Hub Secretary, marking the success of a celebration that beautifully blended fitness, teamwork, and joy.
