On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Jaypee University Anoopshahr embraced the spirit of wellness and mindfulness by organizing a rejuvenating yoga session on campus. Students, faculty, and staff came together early in the morning to participate in this inspiring event that highlighted the importance of a healthy body and a calm mind.
The session was led by experienced yoga instructors who guided attendees through a series of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques, all aimed at enhancing physical strength, inner peace, and mental clarity.
