Jaypee University, Anoopshahr campus echoed with music, enthusiasm, and talent on Saturday during the grand fresher’s party organized to welcome the new students of the academic session.

The program began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Rajeev Saxena, Registrar Sanjay Agarwal, and Dean Dr. Nishant Srivastava. On this occasion, the Vice Chancellor addressed the students and extended his best wishes for their bright future.

This was followed by a series of cultural performances that captivated the audience. Khushi and her group presented a devotional song. The main attractions included “Shiv Shankar Namaskaram” by Riyanshi and Nisha, a Bollywood mix dance by Prakriti and team, a ramp walk by MBA and MCA students, a dance fusion by Riyanshi and group, and the Fresher’s Ramp Walk. All these performances delighted the spectators.

Through the Talent Hunt competition, students showcased their skills and creativity in an impressive manner. Later, a group song by Khushi Raghav and her team, along with a freestyle dance by Ishika and her group, brought fresh energy into the celebration.

The highlight of the event was the Mr. and Miss Fresher Contest. Many participants displayed confidence on the ramp. After the talent and Q&A rounds, Manish Roy was crowned Mr. Fresher and Divyanshi Gehlot was awarded the title of Miss Fresher.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks.

The successful organization of the event was credited to the Jaypee Youth Club, under the guidance of Dr. Rakhi Pandey, along with the dedicated efforts of student members including Manish, Samiya, Vikas, Ravi, Nishant, Yash, Naman, Vikas, Dhruv, Anuj, Ishika, Tarun, Khushi, and others.

All the faculty members and staff of the university were present on this occasion.

The stage was hosted by Priyanshu Sharma, Palak Chaudhary, Sumedha Rajora, and Shivam Chaudhary.
